Hey everybody, hope you're weekend is off to a good start. 

For the (3) rooms ofcourse I'm goingto live in one room then the other (2) I'm debating of Airbnb the other rooms or renting the (1) room & airbnb the other one for the weekend.

However, I updated my property spreadsheet this weekend and out of seven C and C- properties (38125,38127,38114,38106,38108, 38115) SIX have had the same tenant for more than 5 years!

@Stacie PearmanI sold a flip in Pittsburgh last year, we listed at $379,000 and got a full ask offer the first weekend.

Taking another trip out there next weekend to learn the areas a bit more.

Thank you all for your input.I forgot to mention that if I did decide to purchase a rental property, I would get a part-time job on the weekends beforehand so I am able to get a loan. 

There is no weekend for me.

One more thing I think you’ll get out of this is summed up by the saying “your thoughts become your realities”...If you think you can’t, you won’t...but if you think you can, you will.A little cliche but sometimes people (and even myself) need to hear things like this on the weekends when you should keep grinding away at your work!

The plan you listed will require strong determination to not spend money to go out on those weekends, spend that BAH on an new xbox, work after hours online for school, get a tattoo, splurge on a vacation after a deployment, etc.
