That means depending on how your operating agreement is drafted, he could maybe have authority over selling the property YOU purchased.

Hours or days later my PM would say to me "George said that you authorized this change and his price has now increased $X".

And there is nothing worse than having an inspector come in and tell you that you weren't authorized to do something that you did, and you now need to remove it and start again.

The housing authority that handles the finance/tenant are also a joy to deal with.
