(someone told me recently that many folks do not supply cable anymore and just use the Roku TV’s w/ the wifi connection for streaming services etc.) as the owner.

I know we're mixing apples and oranges here, AND getting off topic, sorry...

Another thing that is nice is that the AA batteries they use can be used in a pinch for TV remotes and the like.

So it's a little apples to oranges.

There is announcement of Apple building a headquarters here as well as a few other big corporations (Amgen is one) coming to the area so the momentum is definitely going upwards.
