I’m not interested in finishing the flip myself because I have successfully got myself into the Business Owner section of the cashflow quadrant with my amazon consulting business and that is where I am currently focusing my time and energy.I own an unfinished flip house that I owe 95K on.

It is really up to how your team wants to do it. 

Do you have virtual team members that assist you or your team on the ground where you are.

@Chaim KernkrautUnless you are a real estate investor with more than 10 years of experience, a team of contractors, legal aides and RE agents who have done deals with you for the same amount of years, I would suggest you take a weekend trip to see the property at least once.

Make good connections with other people who are interested in the same things and invest together as a team.
