Depending on the condition, I would guess (and I can't state this enough, it is a guess) around $1,250.

If I had to choose, I would always prefer cold calling over texting for this approach.The two best strategies I’ve found are inbound methods: direct mail and Google Ads.Direct mail can be expensive, but it can also yield highly discounted properties.Google Ads, on the other hand, doesn’t require data extraction like calls, direct mail, or texting.

We plan for this property to be for investment and rent out in the future when buying something larger.

It was an older home from the 1950s we had to replace elctric plumbing and all dry wall etc. this house was a complete gut but we didnt buy it knowing that.

You should be able to see this on your return, both treatment and election.
