Hi everyoneJust listened to podcast 479 and during the intro @David Greene said his best day was refinancing into 15 yr mortgages.I don't understand why he would do this?

@Gage Green First, it's always unfortunate to have our appraisals that are different from what the lenders are saying.

I’m looking to start doing my “dry reps” as David Greene calls it, so when I do get my down payment saved, I will be able to quickly evaluate a BRRRR deal.I plan on looking through homes for sale in my area and running the numbers on them to see how they pan out.

@Chad Green my experience in these situations is just to pay the bill.

Not sure how far you are from Bowling Green, but a University is an economic engine that drives the local economy. 

Depending on your product, it will say how much deflection it will accept in the instructions/prep.

One thing to keep in mind as you said FHA/VA; they’re very very different products outside of being government loans.

Depending on what you intend to do, I'm sure there will be a market for the product.
