Have 2 homes (one owner occupied), one investment residential care home (ie rental property with elderly and nursing staff).

It's ridiculous "red tape" created by overwhelmed loss mitigation staffs.

I would, I presume, hire a solid manager and relatively low-wage cleaning staff (other staff?).

We sell to start ups all the way up to regional banks, world wide.
