It’s an interesting market in the smokies, sort of like the old Wild West.

I got connected to a lady who wanted to tour a few properties and kept talking about a piece of crap house her father wanted to sell.

I have not worked with this lady but she has texted me a couple of times about a triplex I was inquiring about awhile back.

Being able to tell a 80 year old lady that her house is worth 100K , buying it and selling it for 150K the next day, is even an option for anyone in a reputable business.

I've got a lady that does it for free and I get to sleep with her.
