It's not 2005 where a week changes your rate by 2%.

I would tell them to give it a week and if they confirm at that point it's intolerable and they want to move then abide by the terms of the contract.

That house with 9 beds and another house with 6 beds have generated up to $1200.00 each per week, but around $800 is the norm. 

I would hope that while the agent is going through the lengthy process to pitch my offer to the bank, and I have the signed acceptance from the buyer and paying for an inspection that they wouldn’t continue to stack up additional offers on the back end to almost start looking beyond me as a buyer if someone comes in 2 weeks and offers $5,000 more.

It's been about a week and no response.If I were an investor like most of this thread seems to be, I would "ghost call" or at least just analyze the situation from the point of view of the real estate developer. 

I just found out that my boy has been transferred to a more local detention center for a court hearing, and a staff member can notarize documents one day per week. 

Renting at $3,100 in prime 8 weeks of summer, as well as pulling in renters for off season.

It is usually 2-3 weeks later the lawsuit happens.
