After reading this thing I really wish you had a picture of this tenant his girlfriend (although she hasn't been mentioned in a long time) and the opposing attorney, it would give even more color to this story. 

It took a year of washing to get the color right, and remove the stench!

If you are going from a darker to lighter color, it may take a second or third coat in the areas that there is writing. 

Sounds like it's been that way forever and I can easily keep track of them.Each LLC has a different bank, different check color and different check series.  6000 something check?

This has proven problematic as we are replacing or patching carpet more often than we expected and the color and style keeps getting harder to find.

When the drywall comes off you should see if you need any spray behind that...could also turn the insulation different colors.

Maybe some things you can pick out and pick up that you care about more, like paint colors or light fixtures?
