How can we keep track of what stage of the process is this property?

I am currently in the beginning stages of having a house built with private financing, then once the house is complete, refinance to repay the lender. 

Every parcel eventually hits its selling price if you need to get out.If you think that significant development is coming your way, it would be wiser not to be a seller in the earlier stages. 

As a new Winnipegger and new to investing, I’m still in the planning and research stage.

Landlord may market and show the property with 24-hours notice, although I usually only do that if it's one of those tenants that looks like it's been staged -- I've been lucky enough to have a few of those -- and I usually just set up many appointments over a 3-hour window on a weekend afternoon to make it easy for all. 

I am in the fixing credit and building capital stage of my journey and hope to be ready to do some deals by the end of the year.

So I am in the early stages of applying for my first commercial loan.  

This includes interior and exterior preparation, staging (even if it's just de-cluttering and improving flow by removing/changing furniture), and professional grade photography - which can be done by the agent but takes skill. 

Currently in rehab stage to be completed by April.
