@Troy Larson if I am looking to purchase a property as an investor/broker the seller may be less willing to negotiate as they may believe I have an upper hand because I'm also a broker, despite it not necessarily being true.

Let's just say I didn't make enough money to live the upper middle class lifestyle I'd become accustomed to in corporate america, nevermind renovate my property.However I will be gutting my unit's bathroom next weekend (doing most of the work myself) and remodeling both kitchens by the end of 2020.

What I came up with was small dogs and cats in lower units (max 2) only cats in upper units. $25 for the first, $15 for the second.
