I tried to sell it last summer but with no success so I converted it to a long term rental.

@Matt Carey honestly man we have success just using our handyman to remove it they typically have trucks or a small trailer and won't charge that much.

The cost figures run between 10-20K with annual costs of about $500 for maintenance,  Has anyone here been successful using mound systems for flips or for buy, build, rent and hold?
