In some of my B- to C class, I do not even have matching color on all of the appliances. 

What would be supplemental if we could see the migration of these colors since the last 5 years, or even since pandemic?

And yes I agree in the photos the before pictures dont look too bad but trust me the walls were a complete no go and the flooring used to be a light colored carpet and let's just say that that floor definitely saw its fair share of muddy shoes lol.

During the transaction we had requested all the documents but seller did not provide any as they are not obligated too, the condition of the house looked good, owner was living in 1 unit and tenant in another unit,  bathroom and. kitchen was updated and it did look well maintained, to beat the market we did waive the inspection but after the deal we did get inspected so we can get any minor repairs done before we have the tenants. 

Looking back, I wish had used that color, instead I used a blue-gray.

@James Gallagher you may want to get rid of the existing doors and then buy a set of doors and drawers that match the color of the boxes you have.

I'm a one man band so what has been helping me is keeping my spread sheet of leads color coded.

They are a sturdy vinyl window with several options (grills, screens, color and so forth) and install nicely.
