He's very positive that the house (gross livable area) is 2250 sq ft, which doesn't include garage or any unfinished attic space.

Inspector could also not access attic space to verify quality of sheathing and venting.

Especially since this would be our first venture in the space.

A "laundry area" would imply more then a space, it does imply hookup's.  

I actually think I will need a few inches on their property (won't mess up the parking though), just so i have enough space to pull all the way down to a really old garage I have in the back, the way I can now. 

Hi BiggerPockets Community, I am about to sell my first renovation project where I remodeled the basement into another living space (there is also a separate entrance to the basement). 

Split entrances / spaces if you can to rent separately in the off season and as a whole in season.

They are building a new town center at the corner of my block (literally) with over 1300 new apartment units, 250k sq ft of office, and retail space.

I had a company in there but made everyone remote during covid and don't ever plan to go centralized again.Anyone having any success leasing office space in the covid era? 

Every single one of them is rented and he rarely has to pick one up because people tend to keep them forever.I just asked him last week if he's growing and he told me the cost of the containers has more than doubled so he's just hanging tight until the market settles down again.It's good money, but it still costs a pretty penny to get started with containers, moving truck, insurance, etc.
