That being said, how does one go about getting architect plans for a home to get bids from contractors in a smart way?

When we review Tenant applications that are section 8 subsidized we are struggling to get a good handle on whether a Tenant is financially fit.

This area is buzzing with potential, and I’m excited about the chance to team up on a new project here.I’m interested in connecting with partners who are open to a joint business venture.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Please know that I realize it is a huge job and huge learning curve and may very well not make good sense, but I want to do a thorough analysis  to determine that (and also what price it may make sense for).  

The title is still in the deceased name and there are some back taxes that need to be paid to clear the title. 

How big of a client base are we talking? 

That protects us personally from liability because we are not personally making any decisions.  

By presenting my vision for revitalizing the community and showcasing my ability to execute the project efficiently, I negotiated favorable terms that aligned with the long-term development goals for the area.

I wanted to know what are some good neighborhoods on the outskirts of town.
