While the transfer process seems to be easy enough, I am having problems with the insurance and mortgage companies.Both have told me that they would drop coverage/call the note if that happens.I do have a personal umbrella policy, just as a side note.How do I go about this?

BUT, its the same situation, the price had been dropping every month and they didn't drop it the last 2 months, if they would have made consistent drops, my offer is pretty much in line with the expected ask price.

I'm thinking you will have to wait for it to be listed and then probably wait until they drop the price to somewhere close to what you consider a good deal.
