I am looking to assemble my team and I looked at different title companies around my area and very confused about all the different products they offer.

Why waste your time building a SO CALLED TEAM?

I second what @Dave Chapa mentioned about Apartment Buildings.If you can find one that has an Owner that just wants out, you can get some really good terms, price, or both.If you can find one that has been neglected and can assemble a good team, you should be able to get a really good ROI if you flip it in a year or two after bringing the property up to par or slightly above.  

I am very good with rehab and have a great team of people to help with that, which is why I am now considering dipping my toe into the flip world!  

Hello BP,I'm a beginning investor and waiting on my pre-qualification to come through from a lender (should find out on Sunday), and I'm working hard to build a really solid team that I can trust.  

Consider checking out your local REIA meetings and teaming up with a mentor to help you get some skin in the game.

For the time being I'll focus on Tampa and learning about the neighbourhoods before building my team.

I love bigger pockets because the same day i started the forum...same day i got contacted by new mgmt team who so far has been great.

@Joe Fairless I had a partner on that deal who took care of the list, I took care of the logistics of creating the radio scripts and arranging the venues for the presentations as well as the AV team.
