Please weigh in if you have been in this situation before...I have new tenants in a house I am renting in NJ.

(Please be nice lol, I am a sleep deprived, working,  single mom going to school and have no family living nearby to help with anything,  so sometimes my brain doesn’t work well).

I could even supply them with my lease with the current owners name since I will be bound to the current lease after property transfers to new owner (me).Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide and please let me know if you need anymore info.

I moved to Florida a little over a year ago, I bought my first (and only) house about 4 months ago.I am highly motivated to start in the real estate filed.There is one problem- MONEY.Right now I'm trying to save money to invest in a second home.Every morning I wake up to a 9-5 job, stare at the computer all day,and I feel like I can do so much more.I know how to work with my hands, and I renovate in my free time.I would love to work in this field and to learn the profession.If anyone is interested in mentoring a young and motivated guy, please leave a message here.Thanks!

I'm looking to buy a new construction rental property with Texas Turnkey Properties. Looking to see if any other investors worked with them and how their experience went. Any and all information is appreciated.

In most Residential construction, a Registered Architect is not required, but please check with your City about this requirement.The construction type - regular, Modular or Premade depends mostly on Time and Money.
