@Tamlyn Shimizu you dont need a masters or even a bachelors for real estate however, if you have the money that is ONLY designated towards a masters degree, i personally would get my mba. its a waste to let the money sit there unused (unless youre allowed to use it elsewhere). if not, then invest in your knowledge and make grandparents proud. also, there are plenty of real estate companies, appraisal firms, etc that hire newbies and they're good places to learn!
