No gaining leads through your website, ads, Google, social media etc.

Personally, I do most of my networking on BP & Facebook with some targeted in-person one-on-ones.

They may not be the target population you want for tenants.If your leases expire in the summer you will likely have at least 2X tenant candidates wanting to schedule a showing…and you can pick the most qualified.Hope this helps,Ken

Are you building lists to target distressed properties that don't look distressed on the outside? 

If you post the county/state your home is in someone may be able to chime in with targeted info. 

(In comparison, the tenant pool we target stays on average five years.)

If you target mobile home park investments, you should be able to achieve dollar-for-dollar passive losses and in some cases even more than that.
