We only got those numbers once we rehabbed 7 of 8 units and refi'd out to buy another property.When I was talking about "Market cap rate" I meant the cap rate your appraiser used to value the property.

I have found alot of one-pager websites that offer the service but are either too far away or very vague and don't explain their 'flat' fee.The 3 days to quit already passed and the next step i would imagine is prepare the Complaint, Cover, Addendum, Summons, and Claim and take them all to the court to purchase a case # (for $240) and if everything filled out correct to the T, file it and then serve summons with the case# on it and file proof of service (done by a 3rd party, to each tenant individually, personally?)

The former is far more common overseas than here in the US and many may be unfamiliar with this window type.I'm guessing that you're after a window treatment you want to install on existing T&T windows... but clarity of nomenclature will help tremendously.If my assumption is correct, are you after wood window blinds or are you considering other options?

I'm assuming the borrower would only do a deed in lieu of foreclosure if it meant purging all debt on the house.
