I am not surprised by the rent.  

@Steve Babiak heard Allen Domb talk about this the other day and while it came as a surprise to many it was because the OPA in Philadelphia was so wrong in the past.

When we read a comment, especially a surprising one which might not be expected, how can we get a cursory insight to the possible credentials which produced it?
