Hi all.Does anyone have a good referral for affordable title searches?

They do not want to work from home every day, but also do not want to make the long commute to the office.Thus, it seems to me that there is good reason to believe that small office spaces, including for small local/regional firms, services firms, and co-working spaces near large suburbs will see a steady increase in demand with little net new supply for the next several years. 

With mortgage rates being so high, we'd like to do an all-cash purchase in a house with a good balance between cash flow and appreciation.

Any suggestions for good PM there?

I completely agree with the other answers that getting someone to help you is a good bet, having someone in your corner who understands the intricacies of the tax code rather than DIYing that should save you more money (and time) than you're paying them ever since I got my first rental I've had a pro doing my taxes but kuddos to you for being able to juggle so much for so long on your own!!
