People who have no business being homeowners have the ability to buy homes.There is a balance between making home ownership attainable but not so attainable that it inadvertently brings way too many buyers in to play.

I know there are a lot of factors involved but curious what you would consider a decent price in the current market for a studio or 1 bedroom in Aldea Zama (pre-construction).

Can someone point me to a podcast, book or blog post about how to run your rental properties as a business. 

Everybody is busy and if you aren't the squeaky wheel nothing gets done. 

And if they are only working hard because you visit the house a few times a week then you have the wrong team anyway.I have a great team, that includes a dedicated contractor that I help to scale his business and now he's loyal to me. 

Having a separate bank account in the LLC makes sense to keep track of expenses and income from business activity IMHO, and is something we generally prescribe to clients. 

Again, if it did, everything else would be out of business by now, right?
