I’m sure that getting to know the auction process so well gave you a huge advantage over a lot of the other investors placing bids, and light years ahead of those who rely mostly on the MLS. 

So I researched this for about 7 months before I went ahead.  

You have to book ahead of time on the website.

Any other advice you would give to a college student, go ahead!
