I had heard the trucks go by several times but didn't think it would be dry pavement.

Austin will need to be on the note so he can buy and sell the house without the company he is a realtor for taking a commission, he will recieve 1/3rd of profits but no additional commision.The hard part for me is that both of thier parts are very cut and dry, one is a realtor, the other is the money man.

Another surprise is that some "mortgage loan specialists" are so "busy" that they don't call back and others act surprised to be getting a call.I also heard from various mortgage brokers that the commercial type loans that were common a few years ago have dried out.

I am interested to hear people's ideas on the environment for flippers going forward as the deals are "drying up" as they say.

I am from Texas and several years ago I wanted to move away from the hot, dry summers and try to clear up allergies. 

If you look in any fuse panel and chances are very good you will find at least one circuit which is over fused - "Stick a 30amp in it Martha and the hairdryer will never blow it again" ... of course, the house might burn down when the wires become elements in the walls, but there will be no more running to the basement in a towel while trying to dry your hair.Is it now obvious why insurance companies penalize you for having fuses in rentals?

Right now they're drying up....everyone is trying to get shortsales and they go quickly if the property is in good shape.  

They dump a lot of rain water making soil at those spots softer.

If I was the cash buyer and all of a sudden these hidden fees arose, I might walk away from the deal if the profit range has dried up quite a bit.

According to me the tree is saving you against many things like heat, Soil erosion, UV rays(there are many more pros).
