We have an application and the tenant is going to be getting housing assistance form catholic charities out of Wilmington DE.I'm told it's kind of like section 8 assistance but I'm looking for opinions of people who have worked with catholic charities.The good and the bad.

I'm getting some interest from Section 8 applicants, and after doing some research I'm getting conflicting information on if a tenant can cover the difference between market rent and their voucher amount.

HelloI recently invested in a multifamily property in Florida and I recently got an overview of the property manager's work and the Resman software they use.I'm not a PM expert and I'm not an accountant either, but I'm wondering about the property management and if things are done the right way.Is there anyone with experience in property management and with Resman, who can tell me how it works under the hood?
