It's absolutely a good deal, so how much funding are you looking for the partner to invest?

Many investors are feeling the squeeze from traditional lenders, so it's no surprise that more are turning to private money lenders to access capital faster.

Remember, no system is perfect, so avoid the temptation of constantly chasing after the next shiny object.

Airbnb CS was useless, so we spent hours getting out the stains the best that we could.  

But one of the best resources I've found is just reading, and listening to, as many books on the subject as I could find to really help deepen my knowledge and expertise.I actually just started listing to audio books over the last year or so and found a great app called Libby, that you can download for free through the Cleveland Public Library system and there's tons of great audiobooks on real estate and investing that I listen to when I'm driving and has helped me a lot!  

But a lender will only go so far on the risk spectrum in exchange for a 4% to 6% return.
