From my research, most properties seemed to be priced right around market, however there is a few that I've caught below that I could possibly look at closely.Right now my stage is team building, I lead a local real estate organization in my school and learning how to analyze these leads a little more diligently so I can minimize my mistakes starting out.

I assume you can find something related to your degree and skill set that pays more.

I welcome organizations which help owners sell homes: Zillow, Help-u-sell, etc.  

The only other thing you need is Articles of Organization, and if single member, just search google & you can find one in word that you can easily adapt.  

The pre-screen call has two benefits...(1) it narrows down the field and (2) you learn the process and will be more skilled for the in person visit.  

You can set up an AR account with them and organize your frequently used items in saved lists.

You can organize it by channel/property, post documents.

I was just curious if anyone has had a positive experience with any of the REIA organizations or other networking groups.

Today there is an over abundance of tenants rights organizations and information online that will allow a tenant to feel empowered to break his or her lease if so motivated to do so.
