But depending on the size of property you'll have to see what programs are available.

We are not actually re-zoning the property, but since we're submitting to the city for plans, that is why we still needed to meet the criteria for parking spaces and sq footage of lot size.  

You'll find caps on the maximum size of the line, and generally much higher rates.
