I really like the designs on kit haus and they are local is in LA (the valley). http://kithaus.com/I also really like wee homeshttp://www.weehouse.com/Some of those full size pre-fabs made by method and blu homes are just really really expensive and are substitutes for architect designed beautiful (and very expensive) SFH, these ones above are more to be ADUs or tiny houses in the back.

We are not actually re-zoning the property, but since we're submitting to the city for plans, that is why we still needed to meet the criteria for parking spaces and sq footage of lot size.
