@Jennie Berger It sounds like you are in a pretty good spot with this institution then. 1.5% is on the higher side of normal (depending on account size...smaller higher fee, larger lower fee).I would really advise against annuities if they are pushing those.

At a building of this size, you'll probably want a team to manage the different aspects of the project.

I think the discount and ease of sales would depend on the size of the portfolio and the return on investment for the new buyer.   

Have a professional take the interior photos and make sure rent is on par with the average for your zip code/home size and you should be rolling in tenants.

Location of storage units (If most units are on the South side of town and most people are on the North, safe), available zoned ground at reasonable prices and size (2 acres or more), C. 

So we saw it as an opportunity to look at properties and noticed quite a few small to medium sized Mobilehome Parks.

The bottom unit has access to a decent-sized back patio (about 28’x17’).Right now it’s just a fenced in area with pavement.
