I recently read:- "Rich Dad and Poor Dad" --> Which I felt was good and presented good ideas- The Millionaire Fastlane --> I did enjoy reading.However, the "The Richest Man in Babylon", "Your Money Your Life" I couldn't even read, felt boring, outdated ideas and concepts. 

You remind me of when I was young, and listening to all the RE Gurus on TV and the radio and books, hawking all manners of no-money-down paths to RE Riches.

This is aside from my 20% toward retirement accounts and is where I put any money leftover after retirement saving and living expenses.My background in understanding personal finance started with Dave Ramsey, then the ChooseFI podcast, books like The Millionaire Next Door, The Automatic Millionaire, Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Richest Man in Babylon, and other similar books and podcasts.

Like Rich Dad says: Poor people say "I can't afford this" - Rich people ask "how can I afford this?"

I have finished The book on Rental Property Income, currently on Investing in Real Estate with No and Low Money Down, and have Rich Dad Poor Dad waiting for me.I guess the point of this post is to introduce myself and get your input of what to read next or where I can develop more knowledge about investing in South Eastern Mass.

Both dealers I worked for in the past were the same, they could get rich and plan for their future, but they did not want me to.

A wise investor will not try to get rich quick with shortcuts.

They are going to need a way to pay for this mess and fining "Rich Business Owners" for misusing funds isn't going to have a lot of opposition IMO. 

The belief of "easy money is too good to be true", or "I won't ever become rich because there are so many other smarter people out there", changed to "how can I do it?"

The most popular recommendation is Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki (probably the best to start with if you haven't read it).
