I have a question about a notice from an HOA that I just received on a home purchased at Trustees Auction. 

I received the last expense statement today and they are in the middle of a major remodel on one apartment.  

We had received an Email from homesearch on the 9/24 (same day action ended) stating we were the highest bidder but did not meet reserve.

The great state of CA realized this way back in the 60's in those days you had to file and receive a "public report" to sell of subdivisions this was issued by the department of real estate and it was a basic disclosure doc... one of the main disclosures was that it could be very difficult to resell your property for what you paid for it because your not a highly organized sales organization...

I found brokers, attorneys saying willing to do i received quotes, from 5 to 150,000.
