I think you need to read the contract you signed and the seller's disclosures you received to see if there are any apparent misrepresentations.

With your experience, would you recommend buying a home now at a higher interest rate with a $100K price reduction in a buyer's market, or waiting 6 months for lower interest rates and the potential return of bidding wars?

"Going to a classroom won't change anything unless the student takes ownership of their learning experience" would be something one of my professors would say and he encouraged us to be lifelong learners emphasizing the idea to continue reading books after college was over for us.
