Do DSCR lenders require the 20% down payment like traditional loan products.

The post above is merely seeking someone who already has local contractor connections they can pass on and get paid for them.

I'm trying to understand the term "intrinsic" and how you are using the term in this post.

The products offered will always vary and part of being a broker is knowing the borrower's scenarios and our lenders to know where the pieces fit best.
