No list pops up when I type @?.

To me painting cabinets is covering up older ones to make them pop again and put new hardware on.Real wood cabinets the stain would show the beauty of the wood unless you are buying cheap particle board type stuff which I would understand painting them.

A few tips.You can tag people by typing @ before you type their name, then clicking their name when it pops up at the bottom of the message box.

It seems like tan color is popular today because it makes molding and trim pop more but I have builder grade molding and trim.

The other park that I was making progress on was put under contract while we were negotiating, and it was the same kind of company.My question is, when I am dealing with these mom and pop owners, what else can I do to persuade them to sell to me (always looking for owner financing too), when there are these larger companies that can blow my offer out of he water.
