I'll forgo the fact that there's 5 times the history of data in actuarial science as there is in the data used to make these global warming claims and ask if this is the same liberal fly that supported Obama-care which supports the philosophy of "covering a pre-existing condition", the most stupid, blatant, uninformed, nonsense assault on one of the most basic principles of actuarial science that any private or public executive has ever perpetrated?

The message in the printed matter should highlight your property, and should also encourage the recipient to refer friends or family (after all, those people could already be familiar with the area and find it desirable to be close to the friend or family member).Any FSBO ads will always get a lot or responses from realtors who will do just about anything to get you to list the house for sale with them.As mentioned by an earlier post, getting listed with a flat fee broker can get you on the MLS.

I was speaking of the near future possibilities for newer investors, but you are absolutely correct about the long term outlook IMO.But doing the duplex and triplex will also encourage them to do larger deals such as a complete apartment complex of say 200 units!
