You can use bait stations around the home (make sure kids and pets can’t get to the stations) that will feed and eventually kill them outdoors.Once they eat the bait it makes them thirsty, mix the two (water and bait) and it’s lights out within a couple of hours up to a couple of days.

Maybe I should've opted for the 1 hr coaching session as it would've been a lot cheaper than flying to Dallas, staying in a hotel for 2 nights, uber, meals, and house/pet sitter.

Some of these are indeed therapeutic for owners; many times a pet owner simply pays a fee online for a "certification" that allows them to get around common fees associated with pets (housing, airlines, etc).
