This was the after picture, although I really didn't have to do a lot to the exterior with the exception of getting the yard trimmed up and green again.

The exterior has been completed with new windows, doors, siding, trim, roof etc, but the interior needs walls framed, electrical/plumbing/hvac, insulation and finish work completed.

My old townhouse had an HOA fee of $280, it covered a pool, two tennis courts, landscaping for a sizeable public lawn area, and building exteriors.
