If you need more support or leads, you'll pay the brokerage a hefty price for that- I've found every single brokerage over promises and under delivers on these resources.

Unfortunately there are some mortgage brokers who advertise products they cannot deliver on. 

Next time I would buy with the stipulation it’s delivered empty.
