There’s plenty of articles and forum posts about the pros and cons of being an agent but I think they compliment each other well, or at least it works well for me and helped me get away from my day job sooner.

(I hope the landlord files an appeal for a review, the CARES Act is pretty specific that evictions filed before March 27th 2020 are not affected)Conclusion:1) Check the funding source of your rental income before you file, this was news to me!

The good news is that I am in a great house and great location now, and still able to build my savings every month, so I am not in desperation mode, but still want to get the ball rolling on my investment career.
