I’m new to real estate investing in both multi-family & commercial real estate.

Although I haven’t worked with him personally, he helped one of my investor clients acquire a few multi family properties a couple years back.

There are many of other options. 

I want to purchase properties all over the U.S. in specific areas that my wife and I calculate and predict high returns on with multi family units, apartments, duplexes, etc.

Another thought is converting my Cape style home to a multi family.

The financing options I have seen that make the most sense are Construction to Permanent Loans, but researching all of the different loan options has my head spinning.

Since then the company which provided the solo 401k was acquired, rules changed so that now (in 2023) what companies offer this option?
