You can either rent the unit from us at $X per month, or you can exit within the next 7 days, or we can have you evicted.  

As a result, we need about 3.2k per month for mortgage + property taxes.

However, if it’s only one or two months, I’d highly recommend offering cash for keys just to get the tenant out. 

If you’ve been following your market closely (think daily) for several months and there’s been no affordable duplexes come available then I’d recommend going with the SFH.

Thank you @John Neufer  I actually finished chatting with Brett from Paperstac and he says going through a Servicer alleviates alot of the license requirements as well.
