Most existing staffing will remain in place but we will be replacing / assisting some of the management. 

You just take away peoples god given rights and replace them with privileges granted by the government. 

So I had to cover the plumbing cost and the furnace cost, but my insurance paid for everything else - drying out the house, tear out of everything damaged, replacement of everything damaged.

My plumber notified me that he would recommend a whole building shut off to replace valves and I notified PM. - PM thanks me for the update, schedules time for COMMUNITY PLUMBER (NEVER mentioned to me before, but, to be fair, I never asked) to meet my plumber to shut down the building. - From the time I notified PM about leaky valve to the time she scheduled the work was 5 days.

Beyond that, there are a couple of big ticket items like the roof which may need replaced, and the wiring because I'm not sure if it's got aluminum wiring or not. 

We gut renovated this house's interior, re-did the roof, and replaced all the windows.
