Along the floor of the left wall is the 240v outlet for the dryer.  

New carpet, kitchen flooring, light fixtures/ceiling fans, paint throughout, new baseboards throughout, new electrical outlets/switches/cover plates throughout.

You can get one refurbished, scratch and dent, from a place like Sears Outlet and they're far from expensive.

The process is dialed down to outlet covers.

I go over the requirements again.We are all so accustomed to using social media where there is little one on one contact. 

In the media chicago gets a bad name and although there are some bad areas here and there it's mostly propaganda.

At this point I am not requesting any help, as I will likely find most of my questions answered through the various content outlets on Bigger Pockets.
