Great job @David Kosiorek the after pictures look great.Do you intend to use similar materials for all of your flips to help systematize your business?

One thing I will say is that you are risking a lot when you use a deed you found on the internet or some cheap office-supply form.

Not a question where you want to rely on posters on an internet forum.  

And much of this data is free and readily accessible via the internet.  

If I have receipts from a contractor they will allow that and they will allow receipts for materials.  

But I loved the quality of building materials in many of these old homes and expect them to be there in 2114 and doing just fine, provided the planet is still here.

They have great material covering everything concealed carry, as well as offer very affordable legal insurance, should (God forbid) you be forced to use deadly force to protect yourself or others.

Maybe try some of the internet lenders off zillow or online.  

When I asked what the charge would be if they disassembled, but did not take the materials away, the cost went up to 600.00.
