I currently use online market places, but I am very open to suggestions and/or advice.

For any sort of advertising you need to post it in the marketplace forum, so you can definitely do that.

I have been running a small e-commerce business for quite a few years, and have years of experience with customers, customer service, marketplaces, selling platforms, softwares, problem solving, and so much more that it makes me very confident that I will transition to STR rather quickly compared to someone who has no experience in anything online and long term rentals  The competitive nature of the market in your area sounds a lot like what has been happening in LA and some of the vacation rental markets that I have been analyzing.  

I’m an experienced digital marketplace builder and Realtor, but don’t come from a background with many super high net worth individuals.

However after few clicks, I had my property listing up on the decentralized marketplace.

Because we've seen mortgage rates go up and buying a home is much more difficult now for the typical person, that is driving more renters into the marketplace and thus driving up demand and rental prices. 

They will keep looking for a place to buy and leave your property VACANT."1 - My question is, how do you DETECT these areas/communities?
