Hey Whytehouse,Ryan is 100% correct but you will need a few thing to make sure the Loss Midigatior will even look at your package.1) You would want to get all the information listed below before you even call the Loss Midigatior2) You would want it in a 3 ring Navy Blue binder-Not White-(2 Copies) With Hedder Pages and Avery insertable dividers (8 Tabs) to seperate the sections I use Model # 11901.3) After you have the packages put together you would then Call the Loss Midigator and request his Name and Mail Stop because you are sending them the package by NEXT-DAY-AIR(FED-EX) and for them to keep an eye out for it.

I have moved across country with my wife who was originally from MI and people always ask why would I leave Vegas to go to Michigan well its because of her, but at the same time this is actually in my opinion an easier market to invest in with prices being much much lower the potential gains may not be as big per deal but the chance for loss is also significantly less.

I've been noticing this trend, I was down to my county building today, and found out that all forclosures are listed in a legal news paper whoes office is right there in the building, they publish it daily, but and here's a big BUT I honostly don't understand what they are saying in them, they list the mortgage price and they give lot and subdivision numbers, but almost never give an address for the property, and hardley ever give the city it is located in, so i'm kinda at a loss because the last thing I want to do is bother trustees to point they want nothing to do with me.

The loss of control or lack of control leads to the fear---as to you other point, it's statistical fact that the majority of us invest the lionshare of our nest egg into some derative offered by Wall Street...I was trying to draw a parallel, you can't touch, feel, see or control anything on Wall Street, but that doesn't stop trillions of dollars from flowing in and out of it on a daily basis.
