That said I live in Birmingham and spend most of my time there so I think that is the best place to get started, but I would like to invest in some Huntsville Real Estate at some point.

Idk why they closed it down, I also heard from my friend that lives in Goldsboro that it is in a flood zone idk if the whole building is in the zone or partially in the zone.

You live in the property and learn how to self-manage/maintenance/lease units when tenants come and go. 

It's not just about maintaining the property; it's about enhancing its value and providing a better living experience for tenants.

If you're also living in one of the units it'll be easier for you to monitor this and make sure everyone is comfortable in your place.
